The Annual Shareholders' Meeting of DEVARIS SE elected Rolf Elgeti, Dr. Marcus Kiefer, and Sonja Petersen to the Administrative Board. At its subsequent meeting, Rolf Elgeti was elected Chairman and Dr. Marcus Kiefer Vice Chairman. Sonja Petersen was appointed Managing Director.
As part of the strategic realignment, the company's registered office was moved to Hamburg and the company was renamed RC Industrie Immobilien SE. The previous members of the Administrative Board and the former Managing Director stepped down at the end of the meeting.
